Find views in Project browser

I create a view and cannot find where it landed in the project browser. This link has a good tip for using filters: http://whatrevitwants.blogspot.com/2010/05/superfast-project-browser-sorting.html#comment-form

Now I wonder can I do a simple word search?

Adjust elevation mark/line in 2d view

You don't need a stretch command. If you adjust the first floor elevation line. All other level lines will change with it. (make sure it says 2d when it is highlighted, if not click the 3D to change it. OR ELSE you will effect the grids in the model and cause a whole mess of trouble!)

Exterior Elevation Tag not Showing in Floor Plan

Any Help?! Exterior Elevation Tag not Showing in Floor Plan. Main elevation views in sheet, some callouts don't show in plan view. Only way to see view line by right-clicking elevation view with missing callout and selecting find referring views. Then I am able to see the view line, i then am able to select or right-click that but cannot find any settings to "unhide" the tag. ( I will update as soon as I find the solution)

Give Two Grid Bubbles Same Generic Name

Revit won't let me rename two grid bubbles to have the same name! Error Msg: "The name entered is already in use. Enter a unique name." It won't let you because grid are smart tags.

Solution: turn off the grid in the (enlarged typical elevation, in my case) view and draw your own note & circle if so desired, "GRID LINE".

Sheet Viewport Too Big

How to resize viewport (efficiently)? If viewport is "bigger" than sheet, go into that view and check for hidden items, "Reveal Hidden Elements" button at bottom of model window. Move / delete them if you can. The view port sizes itself according to what is in that particular view EVEN IF it's hidden.

"Crop View - Select the Crop View check box to enable a crop boundary around the model. Select the boundary and resize it using the drag controls. As you resize the boundary, the visibility of the model changes. To turn off the boundary and maintain the cropping, clear the Crop Region Visible check box. See Crop Regions."

Detail Lines

Detail lines DO NOT show up outside of the crop view.
I just want to show a dash line and note below grade items, How?
